681PC price?

Frankie, The original box of the PC 681-4 was not the aluminum PC case but was the black docksil case with performance center sticker on it. The aluminum briefcase type boxes are nice but they take up alot of room in a safe. If you can find an issue of Combat Handguns May 1997, they did a full write up on the pistol. I believe the original grips were Uncle Mike Neoprene grips.

Thanks for that info. I'll start looking for one of those cases. The grips should be easy, and I'll probably go with wood anyway as I usually do. The chances of me finding that article, which I would love to see, is like finding hens teeth. It will be tough. Is the 681-4 in fact made in 93?

Congrats on the purchase Frankie2blue. That 681 looks like a nice one.

Thanks WJR! It won't take the place of my CS though! I always wanted a PC gun and I need to keep that 3" collection going. I now have the 681-4, CS-3, 66-3, 65, 625 all in 3" and a 51 3 1/2". I am sure that hanging around this place too much more and I will be adding another one I was not looking for. I had ads out WTB LNIB 686 and I end up with a 681. Go figure. Any info anyone can give me on that 681-4 though will be most appreciated.
