686 3" Conceal Carry

I have a 5" 686 Talo and I love it. My favorite fire arm. Would like to pickup a 3" to carry. Anyone carry it IWB? I'm thinking of picking up an IWB and OWB Holster. Anyone have any experience carrying IWB with a 3" 686? I found a company who makes kydex for the 686. Anyone have any opinions on how bad/good a holster like this kydex one would be in the waistband?

I carried nothing but IWB Safairland suede holsters for all of my handguns for many years. They were relatively inexpensive, conformed to the shape of the firearm, and were comfortable. They also made magazine carriers, and handcuff carriers. I bought an IWB custom kydex holster and magazine carrier from FIST for my CS 45. I liked it fine, but used it only once. I happened upon a new Bianchi nylon fanny pack, with secret holster. I love it, and have used it ever since. They are no longer made by Bianchi, hopefully another company makes one.

I friend of mine carries a 2.5" 686 + in a custom kydex IWB. A good belt is also a must.
