686-4 rear sights

I picked up a 686-4 that had a red dot scope on it. unfortuniately it didn't come with the rear sight. So I am trying to find either the part numbers for the rear sight, spring and screw to replace it. Does the same rear sight fit all the -4 models or is it more specific to the serial numbers.

If you have a schematic of the 686-4 or part numbers I need. I would appriciate some help.

The top strap is the same but the blade height will vary according to barrel length and front sight type.

Thanks guys for the information. This 686 has a 6" barrel unported with a red ramp on the front sight. From what 500 Magnum Nut post. I need to pick up what is highlighted in red below.
