Just picked up a nice Stainless 686-5 2.5" barrel 6 shot for $378.88 OTD. Can anyone let me know if this was a deal? I will post pics as soon as I clean her up. Also any idea on manifacture date? SN: CER01xx

Thanks all! New to some of the revolvers and thought it was a deal, was going after a S&W 1917 but the wife put the nix on that for price. (last time she gets to go on a gun run!) This one was next to it and I thought it was a fair value.

Good price freightdog, I saw a 2 1/2" - 4 today without box and papers and they wanted $675 for it, the best he would do was $575, which I think was still $150 to high.
