686 8 3/8"

I have one of the S&W 686 with the 8 3/8 inch barrel. I use it mainly to carry when deer hunting. It also usually goes with me on range days.

Once in a while, I get an itch to trade or sell it but I always get outvoted by my wife. Even though it is a little muzzle heavy and she is a small woman, she really enjoys shooting it because it is very accurate and she makes nice little groups when she shoots it.

So, I guess I will keep it and start saving my change to get the next purchase on my list of wants.

I can relate. Both my wife and I LOVE my 8 3/8" 586. It's a tack driver.
