Galco High Ride Sillohette (far right is the PC 686 Plus 2.5" in one). Very high quality.

"There is really only one choice." Post # 4. Hardly, as there are numerous good choices, although perhaps avoid DeSantis for their thinner leather and tendency to pull the opening narrow, and results toy grab your weapon too tight when worn.

Try the K L Null Gibralter or GBS. I have used that for K 2.5, K 3, 686 2.5 + and 696. They are horsehide and extremely long lasting but not heavy. He will make it with or without a covered trigger guard....your choice.

I'll second the Galco Combat Master. I also use a Remora and tuck it in my waistband for a cross draw carry on occasion. Both work well for me with my 686+ 2.5" snubby.

I use a Wright Leather Works Predator. They don't list the 2 1/2" but you put it in the instructions. I own two more of their holsters for another pistol.
