Not familiar with any K frames in that specific configuration. It would have to be an off-the-wall mod/custom job. Only thing I've ever seen like that has been mentioned - A SMOLT - Smith frame with Colt barrel.

Not one with the "full lug" these were done on the "L" Frame which is actually the same size grip but a larger overall Frame.

The only full lug K frames that I know of is the model 16&17...but they are a .32H&R magnum and a .22LR....I do not know of any ful lug K frame .38 or .357....
