I can't tell you what to do, but I will be keeping mine for a while.
It really depends on what the price is. I see them sell lately for around 1400 bucks. I don't know if I would go quite that high.

Well it is a Performance Center gun so it's pretty much a "custom" made gun. It depends if the gun is what you really want. I bought two Perf. Center 40 cal 3rd Gen guns with 5" barrels because I really wanted them. I might've overpaid for them for all I know but, to me they were worth it and I will keep them until they are handed on to my sons.

When you come down to it, I have pretty close to that amount in mine.
It's hard to tell because there were a few swaps involved with me getting mine.
That's just one way I justify these kind of things.
There is one in 40 Cal on AA that may be had for less.
