Finally got out and shot eight loads in the little 3" 9mm
to see what it could do.

Set up the chrony and a target behind it, brave aren't I, for never firing this pistol !!

Right off the bat.........the fps were coming out:
2310, 2320.......1383,2203....... some how went to metric.

So all I got was paper with holes in it, but not a bad thing.
I will be back out with fps the next trip out.........

Here is what the little pistol did with a few 115gr and one 124gr
plated RN bullet . All ejected , so going with even less powder.

Yeah, I'd say that's brave. But you always use small targets, so your confidence level is high anyway.

Hood of the car rest, at least, I would hope???

For some reason, I always like coming back home with holes in paper. Kinda like the bad day of fishing, work comparison saying.

Yeah, and what gun?

My picture system is a little slow for some reason....

Here is a picture of the other 4 tests out of the 3"

Still getting adjusted to the trigger pull...... a little
different than a revolver.

I hope to post pictures of the pistol soon.

What distance? Move the chrono back to at least 12ft, 15ft is better. You are likely getting some blast from the short bbl. If that is 50ft, good shooting.

I set my chrony at 10 feet, and the Target behind that around
13 to 15 feet for the 2-3" barrels.
The 357 magnum gets a little more room due to the muzzle blast...14-15 feet if possible for the chrony and at the range the closest target is at 15 yards.

I noticed a few 9mm cases got banged up a little. This did not happen with the Springfield 4"...........
is it standard in the little 3" pistols.

They fix up ok in the dies but sure look ugly.

The dinged cases are considered normal for kahr mk pm & cm pistols but I don't know which gun you have. I have an employee & no dings or malfunctions & great accuracy.
