Just a picture of how short the berry 124 Hybrid bullet is.
used a new picture site: postimage.org, hope it works out?

ok, it works.

By the way, berry's oal of 1.09 works due to how short this bullet is vs the 124 Gold dot that is .565" long
and the berry at just .538" long, with the amount of powders used with the Gold Dot , with a oal of 1.12".

A oal of 1.09" might work with the Hybrid 124 gr bullet, we will see
with a few test coming up.

You did notice that the 115 FMJ was taller, right?

Ed,
It worked

But if you put the image address inside the IMG tag instead of the URL tag you end up with this

I like to add the CENTER tag as well for this

The bullets ogive to case head measurement will be the same on all when loaded, if you want them to chamber.

Who cares where the bullet nose is or the COL. No I.

A bullets design depends a lot on it's OAL or how much a person wants
the base of the bullet to enter into the case.

I was wondering about Berry's 1.09" OAL but found out that it worked
as did the 1.12" OAL for the Speer Gold Dot and it's length,
to where the powders volume was not a problem.

In some pistols, the shape of the bullets Ogive, can make or break a load
if it will not feed from the magazine to the ramp and into the chamber.

Here is a picture of the seating OAL of these bullets
that I have used in my test over the years, that plunk and work, for me.

The very short and very long OAL's work in just a few loads for me
and If I had just one OAL to use it would be the 1.12" if lighter
than a 147 gr bullet.
