Hopefully it works?

HOW--do you copy an image off your email and get it here? Ive done anything and everything I know how to do and still--NOTHING!!!

I have a great shot of Sean Connery aiming his .45-from a scene in: A Bridge Too Far--which ive had digitally restored with a digital paper copy--and I cant seem to get MY--copy to post here and I'm at wits end and severely ticked off about it. Id also like to post the other restored images ive spent a lot of money on as well.

I'm starting to wonder if the guy restoring these and sending me the email with the image in them-is doing so in a way making it where I cant make a copy of MY--copy-to share????!!!!

Ive got of course-the famed Daniel Boone image-Fess as Davy Crockett along with Buddy Ebsen-and now the Connery image and am now having a Steve McQueen image from" Hell Is For Heroes restored.

To be honest with you, I'm getting a bit pissed about spending this money-and NOT--being able to share what I--paid for.

Any suggestion? Or--if someone wants to send my their email addy? Ill forward what I have and see if they can receive these? Ive tried with a couple before-and somehow-the images do not seem to forward at all. Grrrrrrr,:mad::mad:

In my case, when someone sends me a picture, I need to download it then move it from my download file to my desktop. From there I can attach it as a thumb nail or upload it to a photo sharing (I've started using Postimage.org after photobucket got greedy) site and attach it that way.
Took me a while to figure all this stuff out.

It's like that one, but in Black & White-shows everyone in the scene except the frightened woman and a few other things. I did try copying it etc-but nothing seems to work. Is there something I can tell the photo-restorer-to send these in a way-so that I can send them in an email that nobody will have trouble in getting these?

I have this movie on DVD. Overall pretty good film

Ive got several great stills from that film-as well as a bunch of original film cells. I don't have a place that can get the film cells to paper-but those are mostly of Gen. Van deleurs Irish Guards and the opening artillery barrage and bombing of the forest where the German artillery was hidden. When I have time to think on it? ill be making a disk of those and sending those and others-to Qball to post. Some really great shots in there.

Ive tried that too, but cant seem to get that to happen either. Ive managed to get one to somehow--get saved to the computer-and I'm not sure how I managed that? That one was my Fess Parker Daniel Boone series premier photo (restoration) pilot episode from 1964.

You got me stumped there. Take Qball offer.

Are you sure that's a 45?

Nope. Not sure. The front of the gun is not clear enough to be positive about it. Not even sure if it is a real gun either, might be just a movie prop.

Haven't watch it for a while now. Can't remember if it ever gets fired in the movie. If it got fired most probably it wasn't a .45.

Are you sure that's a 45?

According to the IMDB, it is. They say it could even be the .455 variant of the 1911A1.

I believe the character that Michael Caine was portraying is LT COL J.O.E Vandeleur

I have a windows laptop, an Ipad and did have an android phone - now have an IPone - taking and sending pictures depends. If then end up 'embedded' in the actual email, many times you can't just SAVE AS or Save Attachments. They are not recognised. So, you right click on the image, save as - or what happens most of the time, i am forced to right click, COPY, open my picture editor (I use Paint.Net and then PASTE it as a NEW image and then save it into a folder. Pain in the rear, I like it when folks send it as an Attachment. But I think it depends on the type of mail client they have...

Speaking of Sean Connery...

The distinguished actor is now 87-years old! Can you believe that? He is reportedly a bit frail now.

Even harder to believe (for me) is that Clint Eastwood is also 87, and is actually three months older than Connery.
