Awesome guns and leather. I don't know if you have ever done it, but if not, I would love to see some close-up of the nickel guns and hear their story. The only nickel one I remember is from Hammerdown. Thanks.

Bobby, very very very nice !!!I don't have a k frame, but I did stumble across this vintage Eubanks laced basket weave holster today. Its made for a k frame 6 inch. The price tag was 25.00. I made a offer of 20.00.She said everything is half price and sold it to me for 12.50 You never know what you will find at a flea market.:)DSC_0002.jpg

That's a nice old flap holster Mike. I've never found anything at a flea market except FLEAS! I've got quite a few Eubanks holsters myself, but I don't think I got any of 'em for $12.50. :D

There's a story behind one of ''em. It belonged to my late uncle who was at one time a rural mail carrier. During the summer months when school was out,I would sometimes ride the route with him. He always carried that old K-22 with him and every once in a while,we would stop and shoot it some. After his death,I wound up with it. It didn't look quite as good as I had remembered it from my adolescence,so I sent it to Ford's for the nickel finish. I knew that I would never be able to afford an original,so this was the next best thing. I like it a lot,so much so that I bought a second one from forum member DHENRY.

This is what it looked like before the re-finish.

Really nice FT. Love the leather goods, and the stags on that last pic of your uncles gun. I hope they are real.

Good story about your late uncle's gun. Thanks for showing us that. Pretty gun. I have considered having a nickel K22 done up for my daughter some day. You might have thrown me over the edge. :)

No K frames??? I've got a nice K-32 in need of some leather, so if you'd like to double your money, uh, triple, uh, quadrouple, uh...
