I did not know they could do that so easily hunting alone. I guess we know who's the boss now. Where was he taking the liver?

"This incident was observed in June 2023 near Seal Island in Mossel Bay, about 248 miles east of Cape Town and is challenging conventional beliefs about the cooperative hunting behaviors in the region. Starboard the orca was working alone to incapacitate and consume an eight foot-long juvenile white shark in only two-minutes. Later, the orca was observed carrying the shark's liver in its mouth."

Bottle nosed dolfins have been seen killing sharks, by ramming them in the body with their snout, they are smart enough to know where to hit them for best results. Orcas are incredibly smart, the liver is probably the best part or possibly poisonous like the liver on most predators is, it could have been disposing of it. Predator livers contain too much vitamin A, even relatively small doses can be toxic to humans.

There is on the web somewhere video of an Orca getting a great white off the coast of California. The Orcas flip the shark over (which disorients the shark) and then the Orca has some liver and onions for dinner.
