Please accept with no obligation, implied or implicit, my best wishes for an environmentally conscious, socially responsible, low-stress, non-addictive, gender-neutral celebration of the winter solstice holiday, practiced within the most enjoyable traditions of the religious persuasion of your choice, or secular practices of your choice, with respect for the religious/secular persuasion and/or traditions of others, or their choice not to practice religious or secular traditions at all. I also wish you a fiscally successful, personally fulfilling and medically uncomplicated recognition of the onset of the generally accepted calendar year 2014, but not without due respect for the calendars of choice of other cultures whose contributions to society have helped make America great. Not to imply that America is necessarily greater than any other country nor the only America in the Western Hemisphere. Also, this wish is made without regard to the race, creed, color, age, physical ability, religious faith or sexual preference of the wishee.

Well, I'm offended. Just not sure by what.
Best wishes to you as well, not to imply that wishes are lesser or greater than hopes or desires, nor do I necessarily believe in genies or fairies although I respect your right, or for that matter any one else's right to believe in real or unreal characters as each person, no matter their race, creed or color, has the inalienable right to believe or disbelieve as they see fit, and of course I mean no slur to aliens by my use of inalienable.
This is hard. No pun intended.
Regards,

Merry Christmas to you. May God bless you today and the coming year. I wish no one harm or hurt. I am a Christian and this is my faith. To those of other faiths, I wish you well, too. Take my good wishes for what they are, good wishes. If someone from another faith wishes me well, why should I be offended? Because that is what we are being "taught" by the intolerant people of this world. By telling us we cannot express our faith to others and that we must say "Happy Holidays" rather than "Merry Christmas," these people show their true intolerance of others.

Im in awe of the OP because, thats one heck of a long run-on sentence. :D

sexual preference of the wishee.

Now you've gone and done it! I happen to be a great, great, great, (very great) descendant of the last chief of the Wishee tribe, the great Greasemypalm. We are great lovers of women, every chance we get. So there, send me a condolence check to appease my ancestor. You really don't want to tempt the great "demerit from the sky." Joe

I think you've got things pretty well covered Pecos Bill. A happy Festivus to you.

Please note that I did not capitalize "wishee". That was done because I have the greatest respect for the Wishee Tribe and in particular the great Greasemypalm. I would never do or say anything to intimate any thing else.
