In the 2A portion there is a threat to right your Congressmen and Senators. Our lone ''worry" is Jon Tester, originally a wheat farmer from a tiny town about 125mile away as the crows fly. Here is an interesting new article from there involving restless natives, I am sure some booze and a chain saw.
Chain saw fight in Big Sandy

The Bear Paw Coffee shop has a sign now. Guns are OK, but no chain saws allowed. LMAO

Rocky Boy is an interesting place, about 200 sq miles in size. The government put up road signs and then the locals took most of them down or changed them around. Nobody their wants outsiders to find anyone. If you want to visit some one there have them meet you and drive you to their house.

Ballsy deputy!

Most of the deputies and Highway Patrolmen in these parts are on their own with no backup for miles. We have an HP stationed here again wasn't one for a while except the guy at the drivers license place. The next nearest ones would be Great Falls just over 100 miles west, there is a Sheriff and a couple deputies in Sanford 50 miles west. Probably an HP in Roundup about 75 miles SE, There is a sheriff and some deputies there. To the east it would probably be a couple hundred miles, there is only a sheriff and deputy 135 miles to the east in Jordan. North it is
Malta 115 miles away. There might be an HP there and a couple sheriffs deputies. I bet I don't see LEO on the highway for every 250 miles I drive. I have been pulled over once by a deputy on the highway for going 85 in a 70 about 12 years ago and he gave me a warning. A HP stopped me about 4 years back and gave me a warning for 80 in a 70. Mostly they just hit their lights for a few seconds to tell you to knock it off. Mostly the sheriffs worry about real crime. Do NOT steal cows.

My BIL is the mayor of a small town 37 miles north of here. They have no law enforcement, unless a deputy comes from here. They mostly take care of their own problems. Mostly their problems don't stay around long.

Quite an unexpected fracas for a small town. Sounds like the participants were angry, but also careful not to let things get to far out of hand. (Quickly put chainsaw away. Knife wound was superficial.)

People do some stupid things for stupid reasons. Keep us informed on further information.

Probably mostly an honor thing. They all hail from the same reservation and things are different there. Hard to understand and each group is different. But, if someone would have been seriously injured at some point there would be some serious payback.

Fighting is a regular occurrence around the state. When I was younger a fight on the weekends was more usual than unusual.. Mostly knock each other down a few times, some bear huffing and full nelsons and it was over, back in the bar for a few more drinks before trying it again. Unless some one got seriously injured the police didn't even respond and even then not many questions. The chain saw made that whole thing unusual.

That and the guns OK NO chainsaws sign in the home town of a democrat US Senator

There was a guy in Little Rock, At a few months back that
killed himself using a chain saw. Fired it up and stuck it to
his neck. They found he had researched this method on
the net.
