It is as new unfired, with the box, & papers!
Per Roy Jinks the S&W model 10-7 was shipped January, 1985.

Very nice. I like the grip color as well.

I have a 10-5 2 inch roundbutt and like it very much. I also seem to prefer the factory stocks over a couple of other pairs I have for it. They just seem to balance the handgun better.
