Well I may not be an old dog learning a new trick, but I sure missed out on this forum for a long time. I've been an avid shooter and owner of S&W handguns since the 1970s. Spent more than 30 years as an IT professional and relieved the tensions and frustrations at the range. Did some small bore bullseye shooting in the late 70s and early 80s. Now mostly casual shooting; set up a 50 yd mini range in the back yard.

Bought my first J-frame (640-3) a while back. Now wishing I could add both 22 lr and WMR to the J-frame inventory.

Sure look forward to learning more about what I've missed from this community.

Hey Old Timer, I'm new to this site myself. The first gun I ever shot was a 6" Colt Python. I was 7yrs old. That was 43 yrs ago. I've been shooting ever since.

Another welcome from Florida. Hope you have some disposable income, 'cause you're gonna need it after you see the handguns for sale here on the forum.
