A positive note for cheaper than dirt

Ordered a belt slide holster on saturday then the next day I realized that it was a left hand that I ordered by mistake.
Monday morning first thing I called cust. ser. and immediately got a real live person on the spot.
I explained what I had done, she informed me that she couldn't change it as they ship on the weekends.
Here is what they offered, ship me a right hand that same day, I pay minimal shipping charges for the shipment of the right one, then they said to keep the left hand and do whatever I pleased with it.
This is the first order I have placed with them in years, but am satisfied with the service.
By the way, the holster I ordered was for a J frame, all leather desantis brand for $18.00 plus shipping.

No, no they didn't. A holster is not the same as mags, ammo and firearms. No one rushes out to buy a dozen holsters. As far as I'm concerned they can keep their products

I've made my mind about CTD some time ago and I don't see any reason to change it - there are plenty of other merchants that can have my business.

Return it to them. Maybe that will help restore faith in the customer. This could snowball out of control, and help change the shark-like attitudes that prevail in the free market.

CTD is a little late at working the good will angle. Many of us remember the company shamelessly ammo gouging during the panic of 2013, and we will not forgive, nor forget.

I remember them wanting $75 for a 50 round box of 40 fmj a year ago.

Ill always consider CTD to be HTS and won't deal with them. Not trying to rain on your parade and I'm happy you had a good experience but those guys are bandits in my book.

I did not realize that so many had such bad dealings with them, probably won't be doing business with them in the future. I had done a search for cross draw holster and they had the best deal I could find.
Holster should be in by tomorrow or saturday, I ordered some new grips for my 638 from ebay, I'll post a pic of my new set up when I get it all together.
