Early this year I got the bug BAD for a 696. I watched on here and on gunbroker constantly trying to stop myself. I nearly pulled the trigger twice and both were over the $1,000 mark. In June I found my first, a 696 no dash, for $740. I was really happy with my purchase and carry the gun pretty frequently. About a month ago another no dash popped up a little south of me for $650...so now I have a nice pair.

Now to find some combat grips to replace the goodyears... :p

Simply Amazing Rob!! I'm still on the search for some combats for ya.
Ahh heck. Just send me one and then you won't need a pair!!

Yes they are a nice pair indeed! You need to play the lottery!

That would take away from my gun money, but fun to think about it.

You and me are both looking Jim! If I sent it to you it would end up elsewhere anyway :)

I know a guy over in your neck of the woods that could make you a nice rig to put those in. Nice Rob, very nice.

Hey Bill, glad your doing ok! A double shoulder rig would be pretty cool!

His and hers, I like it.

She enjoyed shooting 'hers'. I'm afraid we are both sick!

Rob...It seems you know me well...I switch direction more than a teenage Romance....I think I have her figured out now....Ha..At least for 2013!!!

Robert, I don't know how you do it.......TWO good deals on a gun I can only lust after! I think your next project should be a nice two-gun rig so you can wear them both when you're out Pumpkin Hunting.

If you go with a dual shoulder rig, don't you dare post pictures of it........I'd immediately need one for my M-64's!

Hey John, I tell Courtney all the time the time to buy is now because my luck will run out. She usually rolls her eyes and picks one for herself.

When it comes to the shoulder rig...would you prefer a vertical or horizontal? ;)

Vertical. I'm not that thick front-to-back (except at the beltline) and the old Bianchi shoulder rig I have is perfect for long days in a vehicle, but it's about had it. Ideally I'd like something that would allow me to carry a 3-4" revolver or a 1911, for example. The off side would have speedloader pouches or a mag holder.

Got any samples to show me?

Rob that second one is not yours.

You have to start thinking His & Hers.

Now make you guys nice matching rigs.
