Saw this one at the El Paso gun show this weekend, but didn't buy it. 5" barrel, marked 38 S&W Cart. Parkerized finish. Sn 952394, no V prefix on butt on front side of lanyard loop. Stamped UNITED STATES PROPERTY on top strap. Stamped VEGA SAC CA (importer's stamp) on left side above trigger. Marked D broad arrow D on right side (Australian property mark). WB and ordnance bomb on butt. Replacement S&W commercial grips.

I just saw a similar Victory with australian markings and import mark at a gun shop here yesterday. If you can mention price here, what was the price of the one at the gun show?

It wasn't marked and I didn't ask as I wasn't going to buy it.
