Accumulation of Model 19-3's completed

Thanks to a trade from forum member demkofour, I have completed a set of three 19-3's. I say accumulation because these are not collector guns, these are shooters and that's what I like to do with mine-shoot them. 2 1/2" '74, 4" '72, 6" '76

Nice set, renroh. My 19 set includes a 2-1/2" -3, 4" -1, and 6" -5.

19-3 group. The 2 1/2" I've had for 49 years. The 6" about 20 years and the 4" I got early this year, replacing a 4" 19-2 I gifted to a friend.

You've acquired a very fine collection of Model 19-3s, and I'm glad to hear that they're shooters! You might consider adding a Texas Ranger Commemorative, either just the revolver or the revolver/bowie set, to your collection. Here's my 1973 TR set with the Model 19-3, and I feel that this particular revolver is one of the finest Model 19s that S&W ever manufactured. Since I'm not a commemorative collector, mine is a shooter, too! Enjoy!
