I loved the old EDS cat herders ad. Also the more recent Chevy ads with Walter the cat. "Walter? He's just a cat."
I remember a Super Bowl ad from long, long ago with a herding cats theme.
At the time, I didn't see the name of the company, what they were attempting to sell or the purpose of the ad.
The only thing I remember is that some Ad Exec wasted $1million of a clients money on a 30 second SB ad.

I love the little bug eyed dog in this commercial...11 seconds in. I also like the Allstate mayhem commercials
Growing up in the NW I've always liked the Rainer Beer commercials but my favorite one was the Henry Weinhard titled "Beach Ball" commercial.
Cold windy winter day at the beach. Three guys commenting about three totally bundled up girls walking towards them in the distance. 'Wow hotties. Look at that one."

I mostly dislike TV commercials. Happily, recording my favorite shows allows me to speed through them.
Two words: Trunk Monkey. If you don't remember the commercials or never saw them, Google the term "Trunk Monkey" There's around 20 different ones.

Terry Tate Office Linebacker was another good one.
But, I am not really sure those were real commercials versus parodies.
