I'm just plain curious as to what you former dog tag wearers did to earn your meager pay.

Mine was 63150/ POL. (Painting, Odd Jobs & Landscaping)

All I did was shove gas into things that fly and dodge the occasional rocket.

A few years ago, I stopped for gas on the way to take my grandson and his little friends to a Reds game. As I was filling up, Logan pointed at me and said; "that's what my Popaw did in the war."

I was so proud.

Started as a 31D20 Pershing Communications Specialist.

When the land based microwave was phased out we were reclassed to 26Q Tactical Satellite/Microwave Systems and sent to the Signal Units.

After the chain of command found out I completed a votec welding course the gave me a secondary MOS of 44B Automotive body repair/Metal worker.
