Personally I've unloaded over 4,000 rounds through my s&w m&p 15-22 and the over best ammo for your dollar is Remington's bulk pack of 550. There was a lot less buildup and accuracy was there. Cheap to shoppe if you want to shoot for a long time. Cci ammo gets expensive and depending on how long you want to shoot you'll be out there for a short time. 25 rounds goes pretty fast with a semi. Enjoy

I don't see why not. The higher speed comes from a lighter bullet, not higher pressure.
Except for maybe rodent killing, I have never seen the need for the hyper-velocity stuff. It's wasted on paper punching and tin can shooting, IMHO.
Absolutely agree, i just wanted a powerful high velocity round in my ammo keep.

I think it'll work great. Just don't buy a bunch of it until you're sure you and the gun like it.
On the other end of the spectrum, I've shot the Super Colibre' super sub-sonic round. It's scarey quiet but you have to cycle the bolt by hand as there isn't enough gas blowback to cycle.

I've shot a box of 50, and noticed no difference in grouping from the CCI velocitors or mini-mags in my rifle. Not worth the added expense for me. Your rifle may be totally different, and I see no reason not to try a box. Also noticed a different odor from these rounds, not sure if it's the primer or powder, but someting is definitely different.

I have not had good luck with remington or winchester ammo ftfs,fte. I wont run it in mine. CCI all kinds, Eley, my fav is federal bulk had only a few duds.
