Briefly, found some. Box says the load is a 40 gr. bullet at 1650 FPS. Sounds like fun! Only concern... possibly to much fun for some of my guns! Thinking to use it in my 18-3 and Ruger 77-22 which I expect would be fine. Would also like to use it in my 15-22 and my Marvel .22 LR 1911 conversion unit. Both of these work nicely with HV rounds such as the CCI Mini-Mag, etc.

Does anyone have any experience using this particular Aguila .22 load? Information as to function, on target performance, POI/POA compared to more plebian .22 LR loads would be appreciated. Sincerely. brucev.

22 ammo

I have a 500 round box in my gun room that I picked up some place. I have not tried them yet but several of my friends recommended them. I would limit their use to a modern rifle or brand name semi auto pistol until I tried them.

Have used 250 rounds of this. Functioned perfectly. Didn't really track POA/POI too closely as I was having too much fun, but I hit what I was aiming at. I'll have to get some more out and pay a little more attention to the accuracy.

Sounds even better than Stingers. Same velocity but 8gr heavier. Definitely not a round I'd want to be on the business end of. Gota try to find myself some to try out.

I'm thinking it would really be nice for use in the 18-3 and Marvel conversion for walkabouts in the woods/fields, etc. Was wondering if it gave any problems w/ extraction in S&W revolvers. Wondered if it might be a little to much of a good thing in the Marvel. Will say that other Aguila loads that I have fired in the Marvel have functioned superlatively.
