That's a 1st Battalion Platoon, the Bn closest to the front gate.
I'd like to say that those guys got it easy, but I guess it sucks no matter what Bn you're in.
Those un-bloused trousers tell you that they still have a ways to go. Either that, or somebody did something stupid.
I really feel for those guys having to recite their chain-of-command these days.
