Something really weird is going on. Last night and this morning the weather forecasters in this town started speaking gibberish. When discussing the high temperatures for the next couple of days they kept saying something about 'The Nine Teas'. Huh?:confused::confused::confused:

Couldn't fathom what they were bleating about, so I waited for the graphics that they usually put up to show the temperatures. Seems the madness had spread to their computer systems, as the graphics kept showing temperatures that began with a '9' and only had two digits. That can't be right, can it? Anyone else had their weather folks go nuts?

FYI, from 20 June until 22 August our daily highs were 104°F or higher. It was only this week we had a morning temperature under 80°F.

My weather rock was actually cool yesterday morning and only got warm by the afternoon. It was a nice change from the normal 80 degree morning and 95 plus afternoon. The air was also low enough on humidity you could breathe it.

The weather has been HOT but it is summer...We got rain 3 days ago...I thought that was good even though much ran off...Last two days I thunk we were gonna need gills to breathe the humidity was so high...it was all the way up to 40%...usually about 3 or 4%. So much water in the air I couldn't see the mountain 18 miles away......but that coulda been some smoke too. Only 99 yesterday

Florida weather reporters are already giving the panic cry for hurricanes in 2050. I'm worried about next month.

The weather here has been strangely cool, more like late September, for the past week or so. Usually it is well into the 90s, but it has been in the low 50s and night and mid-70s during the day. Last night it was cool enough that my wife got up and closed a window.
