Are many of you suffering increased Allergies? It hit me about three weeks ago. My eyelids are sometimes coated with residue and burn.
I had shots for W.M.D. in both eyes last Tuesday and my eyes gave me fits until yesterday. The eyelids still are red and burn. Carol gave me some allergy type wipes and also some drops recommended by her Eye Doc. I will try about anything. The gel drops help longer so I have a couple of bottles coming from Amazon tomorrow. I see my regular eye doctor Wed. so maybe she will have something.

I don't know if I would say I'm suffering, but my allergy is sure
inconvenient. My eyes water and my nose dribbles all day long.
I was prescribed Loratadine many moons ago. I think the OTC
name for it is Claritan. Doesn't do much good. Went to an eye
Doctor. He prescribed some drops. I tried them, but they didn't
help. He prescribed a 2nd kind, but they didn't help either.
I use about 3 boxes of Kleenex a week. Don't know what else to
do. If you find a sure cure Graydon, let me know.

I start taking Flonaze in April and stop around November. Yeah, I got allergies but this stuff takes care of them.

Sneeze every morning, about 5 really good ones them I'm OK...have no idea why.

seems to be worse this year than usual....started a new script recently, working fairly good....no problems when I was young, darn the luck

Not too bad here Gel eye drops work for me as does Saline solution for runny nose. Lots of Cypress and Oak trees nearby my fish pond surface turns yellow from floating pollen in active season.
When I think of it I'll take a Claritin or similar OTC med but not too often.

I get it in the eyes pretty bad. A pharmacist recommend Zatador eyedrops and it works pretty good for me. I found out the hard way to follow the recommended dosage.

I use to suffer really bad from allergies. Best thing that worked for me was buying a quality humidifier and air purifier. If you decide to go this route get an air purifier that is HEPA rated. I run both in the bedroom at night as I sleep and always wake up feeling great. I only use tear lubricating eye drops when there is irritation. Also helps to make sure you're putting in quality air filters in the home too.
