Went to the local gun show this past weekend, prices were just CRAZY!!! While digging through a dealers junk box, I found two N frame Altamont grips, one for a round butt and one square. Both in great shape, I got them both for $20.00. Only problem was one had a grip screw that was all buggered up and the other didn’t have a screw at all.
So, Monday I emailed Altamont to see if I could order a couple of screws. I explained what happened.
Got an email back from Altamont congratulating me on my find and that they would send me a few new screws to keep me shooting.

Amazing. That is what customer service is all about. So few companies get that. Nice to know about the ones that don't.

I have had great luck with Altamont too. They have replaced missing and boogered screws as well as lost or missing alignment pins.
I got to them directly for non OEM grips rather than fleabay or GB.
If they stand by their products, I will support them with my money. Just wish I could find some nice used ones at the shows here.

Altamont grips are excellent. I've only had to return one set of the many that I've bought from them.

Had a similar need for the other "A" company's grip screws, (only needing one) and they sell in pairs only. Something like $12 bucks for 2 screws. You got a much better deal. I am completely happy with the grips though.

Good company. I have bought several and they usually come with 2 or 3 screws. Usually slightly different lengths. Great PR.
