We have used Amazon tablets since the Kindles were introduced, upgrading often. We have two Kindle fires for the kids and two HD10's for us.
They have all been solid performers until last week. My tablet went into an endless boot/reboot cycle. I called Amazon CS and we tried all the tricks to exorcise the demon to no avail.
They gave me an RA# and said that it was out of warranty.
UPS just dropped off a new HD10 with a note stating: "Thank you for being loyal customers. No charge."
Colour me happy.
