I was at my local WW yesterday and they only had three boxes of handgun ammo, it was 357 sig and was priced at almost $30.00 per box of 50. It got me wondering and so I searched some websites and cheaper than dirt naturally came up. I looked at the 9mm only and none was cheaper than about $40.00 per box of 50 and some even went as high as nearly $80.00 per box of 50. I wonder what size rock fell on their head?

You know you can configure google to exclude certain patterns from search results, right ? Dirtier than dirt has been excluded from my searches for a long long time :)

I've never bought anything from CTD before. Even before The Panic they were too expensive for me. Their shipping isn't cheap and I'm in Texas so they have to charge sales tax.
Grafs or Sportsmansguide are my go to online ammo sources.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a Endowment Life NRA member, but seems anything endorsed by, or sold by the NRA is 15-20% more expensive than anywhere else. Granted they need the money to help us fight for our rights, but it just seems anything connected with them is more expensive. Are they paying so much for advertising they need to charge so much more?

Cheaper Than Dirt applies only if you are a groundhog. I'm not sure , but, it seems some in their pricing dept. have been doing lines of fertilized dirt.
