Annoying license plates

Saw this one on BMW 3 series being driven by a tailgating blonde. What a nimrod....

I always thought the most annoying were the plates that go dark when the driver hits a button.

I want one of those for my tractor, so I can black out the triangle whenever I want.

I rented a house from a retired radiologist whose tag was "ICN2U".

The Commonwealth of Virginia has more personalized tags than any other state. And, they are not all that expensive, either.
