Yep, tomatos and cucumbers are great but I also like chilled tuna salad sandwiches.

One pkg Starkist tuna (6.4 oz)
chopped onion to taste
chopped celery to taste
1 1/2 tsp pickle relish
one squirt French's mustard (not horseradish)

here's where the recipe differs from most:

reduce your usual amount of mayonaise by 25 percent
the remaining 25 percent should be made up with Blue Cheese salad dressing.
Mix thoroughly but quit while tuna is still slightly chunkey.

Put it on your choice of bread, and of course sliced tomato's are great option.

Agreed but I also stand with Indiana George that a heat-beatin' sammich needs to have some tomater slices, too.

Yup, a little mustard is the secret ingredient in a good tuna salad. I'll check out the blue cheese option but I'll take baby steps with the size of the adder otherwise it might overpower the tuna.
