Since many here enjoyed the Biscuits & Gravy thread, here's another good one. I got this recipe from a world renowned Cardiologist. :D

Hash brown potatoes with diced onions cooked in bacon grease and butter. Sausage patty and links. Bacon...of course. And a small bowl of grits with a pad of butter (because a big bowl of grits would compromise the health factor of this breakfast). :D And, of course, a cup of coffee to help flush your system out when you're done. And for desert? A pinch of Copenhagen! ;)

Wheel me out a Full English Breakfast: Back bacon, eggs, black pudding, streaky bacon, grilled tomatoes, fried mushrooms, sausage, baked beans, hash browns and toast.

Then cancel all my appointments for the day.

AWESOME!! That looks like a work of art. My left arm is going numb just looking at that! LOL

When I stayed with an English family in Portsmouth as a language student back in the early 1970s, all I got to see of your impressive spread were lukewarm beans slopped over undertoasted white bread :D

Ya know Rusty, I sure do wish the hospital would have fed me something like that the day after I had my B/P.....The hospital food was horrible,(but what does one expect from a hospital...)

What I see missing from your plate there Rusty is some good ole sopping gravy...Mmmmmmmm...good....

From what I hear, very few people go to the UK for the cuisine.

As good as they have been, historically, at other stuff, you would think they would have had that food thing worked out by now . . .
