Since many here enjoyed the Biscuits & Gravy thread, here's another good one. I got this recipe from a world renowned Cardiologist. 
Hash brown potatoes with diced onions cooked in bacon grease and butter. Sausage patty and links. Bacon...of course. And a small bowl of grits with a pad of butter (because a big bowl of grits would compromise the health factor of this breakfast).
And, of course, a cup of coffee to help flush your system out when you're done. And for desert? A pinch of Copenhagen!
