Thursday I picked up a 64 pencil barrel I had won on gunbroker. While I was at the shop I saw a minty 4" 27-2 nickel 4" that I couldn't afford partially because of the recent purchase of the 64. Yesterday I met a friend of mine at another shop. He wanted to see the 64 and some other stuff. While I was there a guy comes in with a five screw M&P. How he knew I had exactly $200.00 in my wallet I don't know. I left there and went to the bank and raided the HELOC because I knew I was going to the Mobile gunshow today. I was only looking for grips for a pre 27 and the 64. I found them from a fellow forum member who can identify himself if he wants to and I also got a "Don't Tread On Me" T-shirt in case I found myself at a Tea Party. On the way out the door I saw an old Stephens .20 gauge single barrel shotgun just like one I learned to hunt with. It was marked $135 which was what I now had left in my wallet but I managed to talk him down to $120 so I had a little money to get home on. Three guns in three days. I haven't done that in a long time.

That's a very good looking 27! I shouldn't be looking at things like that. It's too close to Christmas. But, when January gets here I might just need to find one of those for myself! Very nice!

Very nice ditrina! You guys are killing me, I have a minty 8 3/8" m-27-2 in nickel and have been wanting a four and six in nickel to finish things up! And youse guy's aint helping.
