Another One Rescued

I have managed to rescue another one and give it a good home. I am a sucker for these old Model 10's, or just about any K frame. Here's a Pre Model 10, 4 screw, .38 Special, Serial # C359XXX. I just can't resist an old .38 with some honest wear and character. Unbelievable trigger and action on this one. Well, it is believable, most of the old ones are like this. I'll bet if these things could talk, some of them would have some pretty interesting stories.

I'm a sucker for the pre tens myself. I also like them lightly used but taken care of. She's a beauty, congrats.

Man, get this- I went into a pawnshop and they had a GHD marked one liner that looked like it had been in the bilge of a shrimp boat, and dragged behind a car, and the guy had 499 on it. I said, c'mon mister and he got to 450 and wouldn't budge. I guess he knew I wasn't going for anything near. Crazy. I sure like those, too. You did good.

O2Guy, I'm a sucker too for any old S&W revolver. I can't afford the collector stuff, so when I find an older one with character, if I have the funds, I buy it and shoot it. No safe queens in my safe, yet. I also found my early Christmas present, a pre 10, 5 screw one liner. I'm happy. Enjoy your rescue.
