I have a Ruger Vaquaro .45 Colt that had chambers that were too small, .443-.444.
Had the LGS open them up to .452
Then a S&W M25 in .45 Colt that had almost the same thing.(.443-.442)
I did the work myself on that one.

The new S&W M24-5 Preformance Center Heritage target was shooting all over the place.
Chambers are .422-.423!
Can't get a .4295 Hornady bullet to go through.
I would expect better from what S&W has as there best people making this revolver.
It is from 2001.

Sorry to hear about that. Time to get the reamer out and fix what S&W should have done to begin with.

Throat size

It just amazes me that companies can't get throats right. I just sent my SRH 454 Casull back for loose throats, .455". I wonder why it's so hard to stick to specs?
