Hello all. Just a little background on me. I've been shooting S&W handguns for a pretty long time. A bit over 45 years. My first was a Model 29 with an 8 3/8" barrel that I got at 16 years old and still use for hunting occasionally. I still have that revolver and its still like new. I have had various other S&W revolvers that have come and gone. I also had a model 19, 27 and 39 many years ago and could kick myself for selling. Today besides the 29 I have 3 M&Ps - a M&P40, M&P22, and M&P Shield (this replaced my M&P40C). As for long guns I only have the M&P15-22 which is a blast to shoot. I've always liked the quality of S&W firearms. The only one I ever despised was a 12 ga pump shotgun. That thing although reliable kicked like a mule. During a good day in the dove field or duck blind was not a good day for the shoulder!
