Well.....while you are motivated to order a letter, you could post the 22 Outdoorsman also Beautiful gun and grips! And the letter $ went up. As a fellow procrastinator, your 11 years putting off the letter does make me feel better about my affliction, lol.

Since you know the original buyer, the letter itself will tell you the basics about when and to whom it shipped. There is generally quite a bit of information about RMs that can be found with research, like factory correspondence. Well worth the cost.
