I have an FFL03 and will be selling some antiques and C&R handguns.
I’m starting to clean up some of my accumulation and I can’t make head nor tail of CA regulations.
Are antiques handled differently than C&R. I even had a question last week that all (if any) of non-matching serials on various parts were pre 1899.
I know I can’t sell directly to CA.
How about FFL03 to FFL03? Or ship everything to a CA FFL01 and let them sort it out, or just don’t deal with CA?
What other States should I be wary of?
