Peters-Stahl has made a .22 kit which I know fits the M439...not sure if that interchanges with the 3913, but I think so.
That particular Peters-Stahl unit was imported by Pachmayr in small numbers. Finding one would be a challange and magazines are likely to be proprietary and difficult/impossible to obtain.
