Any difference with M&P15PS and Adam arms carbine full rifle?

Hi guys just stumble upon the Adams Arms full rifle. I know the M&P upper are also AAs.

AA has 1-7 twist while M&P 1-9 twist barrels

Any significant differences between the two rifles?
