Any news about a M&P9C 2.0?

This is something I have been wondering about as well, I had the first version of it but got rid of it, but want another one because it fits the sweet spot for CCW, I want to carry something with more capacity but still small. I have a single stack but would prefer more capacity.

I have no complains with my 9c why would you wait for a 2.0 ? what would you see different on the 2.0?

With that said, I can tell you that there is no compact 2.0 in the works. I was told this by a more than reliable source.

I will pass on this Glock 19 sized 2.0 compact. I would like a compact(sub-compact) like the M&P9c. I had a 9c a few years ago and wasn't impressed-its possible I had one of the bad batches, it would not group well. I will give a 2.0 compact ,similar to a M&P9c, a try when and if released.
