I have a 220V 20A lawn pump, and only run a single zone, so I don't need anything fancy, (would even like one of those timed off switches, but they are all SPST, and I need DPST for 220V).

My question is do the el cheapo sprinkler timers have a Dual pole hookup? (2 hots, one ground, one neutral)?

I don't need multiple zones,

I don;t want to have to run a 115 VAC line out to the pump to power the timer (all power at the site is 220).

I prefer not to get overly complex with a relay that will allow a 120v switch to run 220v equipment, if at all possible.

Any of y'all have any ideas? Im tired of having to throw the switch all the time LOL.....

I assume you have no pump house. but my first thought is if you have 220 to the pump, then you should be able to run a 110 leg off of it. Like in disconnecting the power to the pump and hook it into a sub panel with both 220 and 110...

I picture a well with a pump connected to a holding tank and a pressure switch to turn the pump on as needed. Along with a cheap sprinkler timer and an in line electronic sprinkler valve.

I feel you have something simpler/less work/ less expensive in mind.
