I don't know of any in NC. Single actions are not hard to fix for most issues.
But where is the point of impact?
Is the front sight straight up and down?

It's hitting about 3" left at 15 yards. And yes, I'm holding it correctly and using proper trigger control. (I compete with the Beretta M9, so I've got quite a bit of trigger time)

That's one of the esay ones to fix w/o turning the barrel. But if you have no filing time, better send it in. He'll probably turn the barrel and if the front sight was straight up (you didn't answer) it'll come back having a canted front sight but shoot to POA.

Hondo, I'm curious about your method. Would you file the rear
sight notch wider on 1 side to correct windage, or?
If that's what you were referring to, what side would you file to shift
POI to the right?

Hi John,
Correct. For a gun shooting left I file the right side of the rear sight notch. I cut a thin strip of copper, lay it in the notch and tape in place in front and pinch it in place with the hammer in the rear. That helps prevent deepening the notch on one side unintentionally even if using a file with a "safe edge" (no teeth). If a lot of correction to POI is needed, after taping the barrel for protection all around the blade, I will also carefully flat file off the RIGHT side of the front blade (the same effect as bending it to the left).

The front sight is almost exactly straight up...maaaybe leaning a tad bit to the right..so perhaps a slight tweak tighter on the barrel will line things up. The rear sight notch is so small, both width and depth, that I'm not sure it can be filed. (It's a Cimarron Model P "Jr.")
Maybe before I do anything I'll try some various handloads and see if I get lucky with a load that prints closer to center.

BTW, Jim - what kind of files do you use?

I use a 'double cut' triangular for quickly removing lot'sa metal then f/u with a small 'single cut' flat mill file with 'safe edges'. I have a tiny mill file for the rear sight notch. I always finish up with 600 and 800 to 1000 grit paper wrapped tightly around the file before cold blue touch up with Brownell's Oxpho blue cream.
