Anybody use a "diaper"?

I do and it saves my brass. Since I bought new LC brass I wanted to keep as much as possible. A deflector is better than nothing but this lil' device works very well. It also keeps from pelting the person to the right of me with hot brass.

Just curious.

I bought that product a couple years back and used it once. The hot brass melted the nylon bag on contact. Cases would accumulate right at the opening, with the neck glued to the bag. I might still have it somewhere or I might have thrown it away.

I had to tinker with the position a bit but I've ran about 500 rounds into it with little problem. I've noticed the brass occasionally sticking to the bag but no damage to the bag so far.

Maybe if you used less nuclear powder, you wouldn't burn it up. Just kidding....

I use one and it works OK once you get it positioned correctly. Does the job fairly well, beats giving all the brass to the range for free. I will eventually get back to hand loading my brass.
