Looking for suggestions. I currently carry my shield every day every where. I currently carry it in a Blackhawk neoprene case in the waist. Now I know carrying a gun is not kent for comfort. But I am looking doran outside the waist holster on the belt that is still comfortable secure and concealable. Any advice are holster info is greatly appreciated.

Well for me anyway outside the waist and concealed don't go in the same sentence. OWB just doen't conceal that well for me and I always carry IWB with a sheild 9mm in a DeSanti sof-tuck holster. You are right on the comfort of carring concealed but it is what it is. Better IMHO to have your gun well concealed IWB comfortable or not than to be outed by somebody yelling " He has got a Gun " at the top of their his/her voice.

I carry a FS 9 in a shoulder holster and my Shield in a nylon Bulldog holster in my cargo pants lower pocket at work.

I carry my Shield 10 hours per day in my Dockers 36x32 front pocket. Desanti model E1 (see avatar)
I have a Galco IWB but I rarely use it because I wear a tucked in dress shirt without a suit coat.

Pocket conceal for me required that I changed out the stock sights due to catching as I would draw for low profile XS Big Dot.

For me, the sole purpose for getting the Shield was to be a Pocket Pistol and that's where I've been carrying it for several Months now. For waist band carry (IWB or OWB), I have larger capacity Double-Stacks.

Having written that... There are several good leather OWB holsters out there. Mine was made by a local leather worker and I simply wear it 'straddling' my 4 o'clock belt loop (weave belt through 1st holster loop, then the belt loop, then the 2nd holster loop) for a nice form-fitting ride that won't shift.

I've worn g-19 and XDMc this way under an untucked Polo with no problem.

A Good 'Made-For-Carry' Belt that won't stretch from the weight of a pistol hanging on it all day is paramount.

IWB from Tommy Theis is my holster of choice for my Shield. Carry it all the time and very comfortable.

I like the hybrid type holsters. Have a few of them. Some I made; some I bought. The best quality of the bunch I found to be the Old Faithful Kits. Takes about 10 minutes to put together, and the best $40 ever spent.

Here are a few that I made:

Well for me right now it is the comfort cut Foxx Holster. Seems to be a very good holster.

OWB is the only way I carry. I had a Tagua holster for a 1911/Kahr P9 and it was too tight to get the Shield in, so I wet it down fairly well and put my Shield in a plastic storage bag and wiggled it in. I worked it back and forth some to loosen it up then left the pistol in it over night to dry ( in the plastic bag). The next morning I took it out and worked it some more to set the fit and it turned out to be just right. Couldn't have asked for anything better. That holster is the only way I carry it now.
