If it weren't for that ad, I wouldn't have seen those new Surefire brand 60 and 100rd AR mags. Those look fun.

We have Brownell's. Hornady and an AR lower manufacturer all just trying to generate a few sales by using a novel, yet already tired marketing ploy. If it helps them stay afloat, good on them.

Nothing against humor or marketing ploy, I guess the guy in the video just creeped me out. I think the whole Zombie thing is lame. How the TV show can be interesting is beyond me, watched 2 episodes and that was enough. Classic horror films I liked. Whatever.

LOL. A gentleman I've bought a lot of brass from on Castboolits is involved with that.

Zombie splat targets are also pretty popular in a couple of shops I go to. Good fun.

While I will admit the guy with the tat's was rather extreme (admit it if you saw him coming at you in a parking lot you would un snap the strap on your holster) the idea of shooting zombie's is rather funny, and a good way to lighten up the day. In the end i thought it was all in fun... though I have to dispute the position that a 12ga is the one gun to have. Give me a Beretta Cx Storm in .40SW any time... Now that's a zombie gun.

What's wrong with a little humor in advertising? Midsouth Shooters Supply is offering the Hornady "Z-Max" ammo. I plan on buying a box or two in .45 just for the novelty of it. I plan on giving my brother a box for Christmas! I do not have a problem with any of it.
