Hey all,
Last week I stopped by my local dealer to nose around and right there in one of the cases was what looked like a new M&P45 Compact. Naturally I had to check it out and see. Sure enough it was one.
I got to handle and fondle it for a few minutes and came away impressed. That is one sweet pistol. Of course I also like the 9mm Compact version too.
The problem is that I went to the S&W home page and couldn't find anything about it. No specs, no nice pictures, NOTHING. So I thought I would come here and ask you all for some info and opinions about this new pistol.
Does anyone own one of the 45 Compacts yet? If so, how do you like it? Do you use it as your carry piece? One thing I would like to know about is the accuracy? What is it capable of at 25 yards?
Are there any negatives you can think of about it?
Since I handled it I have been trying to figure a way to get one. Right now I sometimes use my Colt Commander XSE as a carry gun and the thought of carrying that 45 Compact after constantly pulling my pants up with the Colt, feeds my interest.
Lastly, I would really like to see some pictures of it. If you have any, how about posting them so we can enjoy the M&P? I know there has to be others that are interested in this 45C besides me.
