From Buffalo Bore. Lower Recoil .44 Magnum Ammo - 255 gr. Keith - G.C. (1,350 fps/M.E. 1,032 ft. lbs.) There have been several requests for a full power 44 Mag. Load that recoils substantially less than our other Heavy 44 Mag. Loads, but will still penetrate deeply and be deadly on game animals.

Thoughts one way or another?????

A 44 cal. 255 grain LSWC moving at 1350 fps is no powder puff.
Sounds like a decent load to use as an everyday loading in 44 magnum....

Yep, I saw the specs he posted and no way is that gonna be "low recoil". It probably is a lot lighter than BB's hotter stuff but physics says that it won't be low recoil.

I shoot a few thousands full throttle .44Mag loads a year and I can tell you that any load that generates over 1000ft/pd energy qualifies as full throttle.
Any guy calls this a light load sure will squash my fingers if I shake hand with him!

I know that's a "tad on the warm side".

Somewhere it states that it is lower in recoil than the heavier weight bullets, hence the term "low recoil"
